Samantha Meeds is senior manager of Workforce Planning and Workforce Development at Spirit AeroSystems, where she is focused on developing the long-term strategy to ensure the company is staffed appropriately to meet customer requirements. She previously led the company’s Talent Acquisition team and managed Spirit’s RPO partner and has held numerous HR leadership roles, including in the company’s Learning and Development function and as HR Business Partner.
Meeds has more than 20 years of human resources experience. She holds a Human Capital Strategist (HCS) designation from the Human Capital Institute and is a 2016 graduate of Advance Kansas, an innovative program in diversity leadership
Meeds hold a bachelor’s from Wichita State University in Human Resources. She lives in the Wichita area and has one adult daughter.
