Paul Snapp grew up working in the family farming operation near Belleville, Kansas.  He continues to own farm real estate in Republic County and has a keen interest in agriculture.  Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Economics and graduated with distinction from Kansas University.  Paul is President/CEO and Chairman of the Board for First Kansas Bank which has locations in Great Bend, Hays, Hoisington and Claflin.  He has resided in Barton County for the past 19 years with his wife, Elise, and four daughters.
