Eric Ivey

ITC Great Plains

Eric Ivey serves as the Area Manager of Local Government and Community Affairs for ITC Great Plains, a transmission-only utility operating in the Southwest Power Pool region. His responsibilities include working with local government agencies and community organizations, philanthropic giving, capital project support and permitting.

Mr. Ivey joined ITC in 2013 as a Community Relations Representative for ITC Great Plains. With more than 16 years of experience, he has worked in a variety of roles in the electric utility industry including vegetation management, permitting, project management and community relations.

Mr. Ivey serves a board member of the South Central Kansas American Red Cross and is a volunteer for the Wichita Animal Action league.

A certified arborist and utility arborist, Mr. Ivey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a Minor in Speech from the College of the Ozarks in Missouri.
